Intermediate

Intermediate is an invitational group designed to transition high school and middle school athletes, as well as divers from the lessons groups into compettive diving.

The goal of this group is to learn a minimum of a dive and sommersault in each category on 1 Meter and 3 Meter.

This group trains for 90 minutes.  Approximately 30 minutes of Dryland and 60 minutes of water time.

Pricing:

2 Days per week -  $125 / month

3 Days per week - $140/ month

4 Days per week - $150/ month
